At BargainDeal (www.bargaindeal.co.za), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. If you need to initiate a return and request a refund, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Notification: You must inform BargainDeal of your intent to return a product within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Contact Us: To initiate the return process, please contact us via email at info@bargaindeal.co.za. Our dedicated team will assist you through the necessary steps, which may include providing photographs of the damaged or defective product.

Return Costs: If you are returning a product due to personal preference or non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if the product is determined to be defective or damaged, BargainDeal will cover the return shipping expenses.

Manufacturer Returns: Please refrain from returning the product directly to the manufacturer under any circumstances. Follow our provided return instructions for a smooth process.

Processing: Replacements, refunds, or store credits will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned products at our warehouse.

Handling Fee: In cases where orders are canceled due to a change of heart (no longer wanting the products), a 15% Handling/Transaction Fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective items, we will either replace them if stock is available or issue a full refund for the damaged products.

Unopened Original Packaging: Products may be accepted for return and qualify for a refund or replacement if they remain in their original packaging and have not been altered in any way.

Evidence of Use: Refunds cannot be processed for products that show any signs of use.

Delivery Time: The delivery time for your exchanged item may vary depending on your location.

High-Value Shipments: For items valued over R500, we strongly recommend using a reliable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning products to us. Please note that BargainDeal cannot guarantee the acceptance of your returned item.

Refund Deductions: Refunds for change of mind will exclude the initial shipping charge, and a 15% handling fee will be applied to the refund amount.

Exclusions: Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Groceries, beverages, or products intended for daily home or workplace use.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Perishable or short-lived products.
  • Incorrectly sized clothing or shoes, except in cases where specific email-based arrangements have been made.
  • Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned.
  • Opened sound, video recordings, or programs with broken seals.
  • Reading materials in any format.
  • Services related to convenience, travel, transportation, cooking, or entertainment if they have been scheduled for a specific date, time frame, or duration.
