Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be in unused condition, exactly as you received it.
It should remain in its original, unopened packaging.
Please note that this policy is applicable to regularly priced items only. Sale items, specially ordered, or custom-made items are non-refundable.
Handling Fee
For items returned in their original condition beyond the initial 7-day return window, a 20% handling fee will be applied. Our aim is to accommodate our customers while ensuring fairness for all.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
LA GEL AGM batteries.
Gift cards.
Items sold as part of special promotions.
Pre-cut cables.
Initiating a Return
If you wish to initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please follow these steps:
Provide the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
Important Notes
Do not send the return item back to the manufacturer.

Please enclose the original receipt with your return.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may grant partial refunds if:
The product has been used.
The product is not in its original packaging.
The product is damaged.
The return falls outside the 7-day return policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 days or less.

Exchanges and Warranty Claims
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults.
Please note the following:
All electrical items must be installed by a qualified professional.
Solar installations in South Africa require a valid Certificate of Compliance (COC).
Refunds or replacements for electrical equipment are considered only if installed by a qualified electrician following SANS and NRS regulations. All solar installations for warranty purposes must have adequate DC and AC surge protection devices installed.
Return Shipping
Please be aware that return shipping costs and subsequent delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer. You will be liable for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For items valued at over R700.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your return without such measures in place.
